Independent consultants, freelance sales professionals, small agencies and boutique studios who already have a market for AI-based solutions and need a reliable umbrella for contracting, delivery and regulatory compliance.
Consultant: You offer AI systems and business transformation to your existing clients. We either run it with you end to end, or you simply hand over the lead.
Freelance sales: You bring the lead, we sell, contract and deliver. You receive the commission set out in the Partner Program.
Small agency: You add the SIMPLYADD AI portfolio alongside your own services, without building a new team.
Solution partner: You already run projects like these; under the SIMPLYADD umbrella you get a scalable, compliance-safe framework and a committed community.
Three partner tiers, with clear rules
Your tier depends on how much of the work the Partner carries and how much SIMPLYADD carries. The exact tier classification and commission rate are agreed in writing before every project starts, based on the Lead Registration and Quote Request Form.
Tier 1 - Lead referral
You: You bring the lead, nothing more.
Us: Full sales, delivery, brand, contract, invoicing, GDPR and AI Act compliance.
Who it suits: You have strong relationships but do not want to work on sales and delivery.
Tier 2 - Independent Partner Project
You: The full sales and delivery work.
Us: Brand, contract, invoicing, controlling, GDPR and AI Act compliance. Quality review of the completed deliverable.
Who it suits: You have your own sales and delivery capacity and are looking for the compliance umbrella.
Tier 3 - Joint delivery
You: Part of the sales and delivery, as agreed in advance.
Us: The other part, plus brand, contract, invoicing and compliance. Review of the completed deliverable.
Who it suits: You are strong in some project stages and want support in others, or the project is simply too big and has to keep moving.
How the partnership works
Application and contract
You complete the Partner application form. If we are a fit, we sign the Reseller Agreement and the Partner Program Policy.
Onboarding and certification
You receive the sales, marketing and brand materials, and complete the mandatory AI provider certifications.
Lead registration
You register every new client, and the registration extends automatically while the deal is actively progressing.
Quote, delivery, settlement
SIMPLYADD issues the official quote and contract. Once the work is delivered and the client has paid, you invoice us and we transfer.
